NoPression.cs welcomes d00m and Revolt
After a quite disappointing end for the 1.6 squad in their recent leagues, we felt that a change was needed in the roster. The previous roster was able to fight in great matches and different competitions. Unfortunately the team was not able to perform on LAN and maybe this has something to do with the recent scores in their matches, but the team was able to finish the Cevo-Main season with a strong record of 14-2 and took the 1st place in the playoff's seeds. More than that, they placed 2nd in the regular season in the 21st Cal-Invite season.
With that being said, it’s in all sadness that we have to release a long time member of the team, Maxime “Parad1s” Paradis and one of our newest addition Yannick “havok” Charron. Both of these players helped the team to go where we are now and it was a tough decision to make in order to fight for the #1 canadian 1.6 squad. We wish them the best of luck in their future as well as their counter-strike career.
We are excited to announce that we were able to come with a deal with John “d00m” Collins and Alex “Revolt” Fiorani. You may remember d00m from the previous roster who took the 2nd place at the World Cyber Games Canada Final. He will be playing from now on with the 1.6 roster and will help them to bring a championship. Revolt may be a new face in the squad as we think he is the perfect player to be the new in-game leader, taking voKal's spot in-game.Alex has some great critical thinking and that will definitely help us in order to achieve our goal, to bring a national title to the team!

olibraz featured on GotFrag.com!
"With career stats of over 89 damage a round and a +45 frag to death ratio, Olivier Brazeau is the MVP of NoPression. His play style on offense is slow and methodical. He uses angles to clear spots and works corners to gain access to sites. On defense, he tends to force action through well timed pushes and flanks.
Alongside Kevin "sKz" O'Connor, Brazeau serves as one of NP's key fraggers. He primarily uses rifles, however, he has been known to pick up an AWP from time to time. If you find yourself watching a NP match, it might be a good idea to check him out and witness one the north country's stars in action." -- GotFrag.com

Cevo-Main 4:1 vs CGAT
Tonight NoPression looks to pick up a win against team CGAT. NP just came off a devastating fourth place finish at the ETS lan, which we could say is pretty
disappointing due to the potential and talent that the NP players have. They look to bounce back into the winning column and stay on the top of the standings of CEVO-main. Taking a look back at the previous weeks of CEVO-main, we see that NP has won against every team that has been sent their way. This week's CEVO schedule shows that the match will be held on the de_dust2. Previously on lan, NP lost to SwayGaming on d2 but look to tune up and eliminate some crucial mistakes that might of caused a loss. This match will be very intriging because de_dust2 matches always seem to be more excting to most spectaters. Come watch tonight's match up, come see if NP keeps their winning ways and seal another victory in CEVO.

CAL-Invite 4:2 vs Evil Geniuses
Tonight is the second match of week four in caleague’s invite Counter Strike division, means NoPression will be taking on EG on the most classic map of all, de_dust2. EG has recently been added into CAL-invite and have gathered an impressive 3-1 record thus far. On the other hand NoPression has an exceptional record, an outstanding 6-1 and have a comfortable lead in the standings with Glimpse of Reality behind them with an average 4-2 record. This match versus EG is a flashback of the WCG Canadians finals where NP won the map de_dust2 in a bo3 (best of three). NoPression wins versus Eskimoose
It started off slow for the NP squad losing their first pistol round as they rushed the B bomb sight and eskimoose picked up important frags to win the round. We then went on to lose the first five rounds. Regrouping on the sixth round, we combined our forces and won seven straight rounds, by taking control of the middle and completely obliterating the opponents on the catwalk making the half 9-6. We then won the pistol round and gave NP a money advantage for the economical round along with the next several rounds. Olibraz took matter into his own hands and clutched a devastating 3vs1 into the B bomb sight which gave NP more momentum to finish off the match. NP took 7 rounds of of 9 on the Counter-Terrorist side to finally win the match against Eskimoose leaving them on the top in the standings for CALinvite.
